Perimenopause vs. Menopause What is the difference?
Perimenopause is the transitional phase between your reproductive years and menopause. Typically beginning in your late 30's or early 40's, perimenopause lasts until you begin menopause.
Menopause signals the end of reproductive capabilities and commonly is marked by your final menstrual period.
